I just love all the Christmases.

ALL OF THEM.

I love when Kota wears her antlers.

She's so festive.

I love Christmas music.

I love when Krista & Ryan and the kiddos are in town.

I love Mexican food.

I love remembering why we have Christmas in the first place and the happy spirit that this time of year brings.

We also got a call from my little brother, TJ, who is serving a Mission in Oregon right now!!

We were all so excited to talk to him and hear his voice!

I miss hanging out with that kid all the time, but I couldn't be more proud of him.

I also got a letter from my cute friend, Diane, in the MTC who will be leaving for Costa Rica to serve the people there in just a couple weeks!

It was so great to hear from her. 

Her letters never fail to make me laugh out loud, she is hilarious!

Oh, and I also love onesies.

Jordan got me this sweet number from J. Crew and now I just want to wear it all the time!

{a december evening}

Starting off December with a little evening trip to the great Salt Lake, with my dear friend Jake. {rhyming...hehe} 

We headed out with the Bear for some nice, smelly, salty air. 

{rhyming... again... I swear I'm not doing this on purpose..}

A little walk, beautiful scenery and some lovely company was just what this first day of December had to offer....

and it did not disappoint. 

it was breathtaking.

The Bear was lovin' it too!

As we were driving away, Jake suddenly tells me to look!

I was looking through all the shots on my camera that I didn't even notice the sky, in a matter of minutes, had erupted into a pink and red, fiery sunset!

We pulled over and got out of the car just to watch it. 

It was beautiful.

A perfect end to a beautiful beginning.

BRING ON DECEMBER!!
